Have you met Libby yet? Libby is the Overdrive eBook app built for readers to easily borrow eBooks and eAudio books from the library. The app offers interactive options to enhance your reading experience.
All the options within the app feature Libby guiding you to the answers or items you’re looking for faster. Libby will help you with setting up your preferred method of downloading materials and then help you get started with browsing and borrowing eBooks. When you download the free Libby app you’ll find search preferences that are much more prominent, including a filter by format option. You will be able to easily place and monitor holds, adjust the text size and lighting options, and return a book you have finished prior to the due date. Everywhere you turn Libby will be there to guide you.
To get started with using the Libby app for Overdrive eBooks all you need is your Sarasota County Library card. If you don’t have a library card, visit any Sarasota County Library to register.
