Library patrons are invited to join the Friends of the Elsie Quirk Library this February. A number of free programs will be taking place in the library’s upstairs meeting room during Lemon Bay Fest, Feb. 4-11. Attendees will also have an opportunity to join or renew their memberships at the Friends’ bookstore or at other library events taking place at 100 W. Dearborn St. during the month of February. Dues can be at any level and are tax deductible.
